Wings Over Florida Field Trip – Fort Clinch State Park

Join us for a morning hike to enjoy winter birds at Ft. Clinch State Park. We will look for the American Oystercatchers and Black Skimmers along the shore, check the rocky jetty for the rare Purple Sandpiper, listen for the mellow coo of the Common Ground Dove, and maybe catch a glimpse of a Northern Gannet or Black Scoter feeding offshore. This field trip is perfect for beginner and intermediate level birders. Families and children are welcome.
